About us
Most look for more traffic.
We look for where it's lost.
Rush Growth exists because of an observation repeated to the point of boredom: almost no business has a demand problem. It has an exploitation problem.
Every week we talk to companies that want to invest more in ads, in SEO, in social — more water for the bucket. And every week, auditing their funnel, we find the same thing: leads that waited hours for a reply, quotes nobody followed up, forms that scare people off, tools that don't talk to each other.
The bucket has holes. And until they're closed, more water just means more loss.
That's why we don't present ourselves as a marketing agency, even though we do things agencies do. Our work starts where marketing ends: in what happens after the click.
Principles
Four rules we don't break.
Diagnosis before prescription
We don't arrive with the solution decided. Every business loses opportunities at a different point, and proposing you the same as the last client would be treating you like a template. Data first; proposal after.
The leak before the tap
Investing more in acquisition with a leaking funnel is paying to accelerate the loss. First we close the leak; then every acquisition euro yields double. The order isn't negotiable, because it's what makes it work.
Data before opinions
Every intervention is measured against a before and after. What the data confirms stays; what doesn't gets corrected. That also means telling you that you don't need something — even if you wanted to buy it from us.
Systems before heroes
A business that depends on one brilliant person's memory has a single point of failure. We build systems where follow-up, response and order happen always — good day or not.
Where we are
Based in the Netherlands, working across Europe.
We operate from Lelystad with clients in the Netherlands and Spain. The methodology travels well: funnel leaks speak every language.
If this way of thinking fits you, let's talk.
The first conversation is an audit, not a sales pitch. You'll leave with a diagnosis — whether we work together afterwards or not.
