Methodology

Diagnosis first. Everything else after.

Four phases, always in the same order. Because implementing solutions without knowing where the leak is, is the most expensive way of solving nothing.

  1. 01

    Audit

We reconstruct the real journey of your opportunities — not the one drawn in a document, but the one the data shows. We analyse every touchpoint from first visit to close.

    • Website analysis: conversion, friction, speed, measurement
    • Lead journey mapping: inbound channels, response times, actual follow-ups
    • CRM and tooling review: what gets recorded, what's lost between systems
    • Sampling of real leads: what exactly happened to the last 50
  2. 02

    Diagnosis

We turn the findings into a quantified leak map. Every leak with its estimated cost in opportunities and euros — and a clear prioritisation of what to close first and why.

    • Leak map: where, how much and why each opportunity is lost
    • Prioritisation by economic impact and implementation effort
    • Concrete action plan: what gets done, in what order, with what expected result
  3. 03

    Implementation

We close the leaks in the agreed order. No never-ending projects: every intervention is scoped, has a measurable goal and is delivered working.

    • Response and follow-up automations live
    • CRM organised and connected to every inbound channel
    • CRO fixes on the website: friction, hierarchy, trust
    • Integrations between tools with error monitoring
  4. 04

    Optimisation

We measure before and after every change. What the data confirms is consolidated; what isn't gets corrected. The funnel becomes a system that improves every month instead of degrading.

    • Before/after comparison for every closed leak
    • Indicator dashboard: leads, response times, conversion by stage
    • Continuous iteration on the next leak on the list

What we don't do

No prescriptions before the diagnosis.

We don't arrive with the solution decided. We won't propose redesigning your website if your leak is in follow-up, nor a new CRM if yours just needs order. The audit decides — and sometimes it decides you don't need something.

What we do

Scoped, measurable interventions.

Every phase delivers something concrete: the audit, a quantified leak map; the diagnosis, a prioritised plan; the implementation, working systems; the optimisation, data confirming the impact.

Start with the audit.

It's the first phase of the methodology and the only honest way to tell you what you need — and what you don't.
